SHIPPING POLICY:

1. Local Shipping
We partner with GogoXpress to ensure your orders are delivered reliably and safely.


a. Order Processing & Production

All orders require 1–3 business days for processing and production before they are dispatched. We process orders from Monday to Saturday.


b. Delivery Timelines

Once your order has been picked up by our courier, please refer to the following estimated delivery times:
- Metro Manila: 1–3 Business Days
- Outside Metro Manila (Provincial): 5–7 Business Days


c. Tracking Your Order

You will receive an Email or Text Message containing your tracking information as soon as your order has been successfully picked up by GogoXpress. This allows you to monitor your package's journey in real-time.

 

2. International Shipping
We partner with DHL Express to ensure your international orders reach over 220 countries quickly and securely.


a. Fast Global Delivery

Shipments typically reach over 220 countries in 1 to 4 business days. Our standard service delivers by the end of the next possible business day, with premium options available for guaranteed morning delivery.


b. Customs & Documentation

Every shipment must include an Air Waybill and a Commercial Invoice with accurate descriptions and HS Codes. Note that duties and taxes are "Unpaid" (DTU) by default and must be settled by the recipient unless otherwise arranged.


c. Tracking & Flexible Delivery
Monitor your package in real-time via MyDHL+. Recipients can use On-Demand Delivery (ODD) to digitally reschedule, redirect to a service point, or authorize a signature-release while the item is in transit.

 


RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

  1. 7-Day Quality Guarantee: 
    Customers may report damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. To qualify, a clear unboxing video must be provided as proof; without this video, the request will not be accepted.

  2. Item Condition Requirements:
    Replacements are only processed for items in their original condition. We do not accept returns if the item has been used, or if the tags are removed.

  3. Shipping Liability:
    While we ensure all items are packed securely, we are not liable for any damage or mishandling once the package has been handed over to the courier.

  4. Lost Package Claims:
    In the event of a lost shipment, GogoXpress (for local) or DHL Express (for international) will be liable for the refund, subject to their specific investigation and processing timelines.
