1. What sizes do you offer?
We offer sizes ranging from Small to XXL. Please refer to our size guide for detailed measurements.

2. How do I know which size will fit me best?
Check our size chart on each product page and compare it with your body measurements. You can also view the when worn photos from community tab.

3. Are your items true to size?
Most of our items are true to size, but fit may vary depending on the style. Please read the product description for fit notes.

4. Do you restock sold-out items?
We restock selected pieces base on the demand. But some designs are only limited. Follow our social media accounts for restock announcements.

5. What are your mode of payments?
We accept online payments via Gcash and Bank transfers. We also accept Cash on delivery nationwide.

6. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship locally and internationally. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by location.

7. Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery via Lalamove only if item is available in stock. 

8. What are your mode of delivery?
We ship via Gogo Xpress for local orders, Lalamove for same-day delivery and DHL for international orders.

9. How long does delivery take?
Processing time of orders is 1-3 days. Orders are usually delivered within 2–7 business days upon ship out for local orders and 7–21 business days for international orders.

10. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS and you can track it in Gogo Xpress website.

11. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Changes and cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours after your order is confirmed. 

12. What is your return and exchange policy?
We only accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, only if the item delivered is incorrect. Provided items are unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

13. How can I contact customer support?
You can reach us through our email, or social media pages. Our support team responds within 24–48 hours.
